This review is specifically for Jake Stockwell at Raywhite Westend, whose professionalism, promptness, and dedication stood out to me during my transition from one rental property to another in Westend. The situation arose because the property I occupied was purchased by new owners eager to move in. Understanding their excitement as first home buyers, I decided to relocate to a place closer to this rental. Despite Jake not being my designated property manager, he went above and beyond to offer his support during this period. Raywhite truly has a valuable member in their team, and I am grateful for Jake's assistance throughout this change.

Ethan communicated exceptionally well from our very first phone call . He remained on track throughout the process. Thanks Ray White West End for a great inspection. I was greeted by name upon arrival and was taken straight to the property. The Agent knew everything about the property and was able to provide heaps of detail about features and facilities available. It's always great to have friendly and helpful Agents at inspections especially since leasing a property is quite tough at the moment, you always don't get that one-on-one time with the Agents.

We recently bought an apartment through Ray White West End. Jim and Luke were extremely professional, helpful and their communication with us was excellent. It was a rewarding experience and we are very happy with the result.Regrettably, the experience with the property management group in finding a tenant was woeful. They raised an unreal expectation on the rental amount and over a period of 4 weeks we were only able to speak to the lead person on the phone just once. We were completely ignored. I've never experienced so much difficulty in having a phone call returned. I've since engaged a competitor and with a week the property was leased and the verbal communication was almost daily.
