I was absolutely impressed with the manner Jake turned up as a BD Manager for my property. He was extremely professional, had a keen eye for detail with a delivery focus. In particular, he was able to utilise the data of the market to make informed and pragmatic decisions such as rental pricing. The matter was slightly complex as I was overseas, however everything was managed meticulously with proactive communication. I highly recommend Jake!

This review is specifically for Jake Stockwell at Raywhite Westend, whose professionalism, promptness, and dedication stood out to me during my transition from one rental property to another in Westend. The situation arose because the property I occupied was purchased by new owners eager to move in. Understanding their excitement as first home buyers, I decided to relocate to a place closer to this rental. Despite Jake not being my designated property manager, he went above and beyond to offer his support during this period. Raywhite truly has a valuable member in their team, and I am grateful for Jake's assistance throughout this change.

Thanks Ray White West End for a great inspection. I was greeted by name upon arrival and was taken straight to the property. The Agent knew everything about the property and was able to provide heaps of detail about features and facilities available. It's always great to have friendly and helpful Agents at inspections especially since leasing a property is quite tough at the moment, you always don't get that one-on-one time with the Agents.
