Good rental experience, Josie Lacey was fair and considerate, professional and held up good communication for any issues during the exit period. She was also quite helpful and easy to deal with. Fixed most things requested and also had fair consideration of age of property and wear and tear.

RW West End handles 3 residential rentals for us, and we have been dealing with them for many years. My wife and I recently hired Jake Stockwell from Ray White West End to list and manage the long-term rental of an Apartment that we own in Central West End. We had been in communication with another Agent in West End but they were slow and tardy in response and hence decided to give RW a try given they had provided us a with a free market (sale price & rental) evaluation of the unit around 12 months earlier. What a contrast! We received a reply almost immediately and within 24 hours we had the Unit ready to go to market save for a photo shoot which was also promptly organised. Jake worked collaboratively with us in terms of marketing strategy and price and we ended up renting the unit, for more than we had planned to, within 24 hours of it going to market! Monday to Friday our emails, texts and calls were always VERY promptly replied to and the service was both friendly and very professional. The wife and I own a number of rental properties and have dealt with a few Agents. This was the best service we have ever received. Highly recommended.

I was absolutely impressed with the manner Jake turned up as a BD Manager for my property. He was extremely professional, had a keen eye for detail with a delivery focus. In particular, he was able to utilise the data of the market to make informed and pragmatic decisions such as rental pricing. The matter was slightly complex as I was overseas, however everything was managed meticulously with proactive communication. I highly recommend Jake!
