Authority is provided for the team to act on your behalf in marketing, leasing, and managing the property.
Book Photos & Floor Plan
Professional images and detailed floor plans are organised to showcase your property at its best.
Property Listed Online
The listing is published on key property portals, including major sites such as realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, and raywhitewestend.com.au
Private Viewings & Open Home
Prospective tenants attend scheduled viewings or one-on-one appointments to inspect the property.
Applications Received & Processed
Completed applications are reviewed carefully, including reference checks and verification of income.
Call From Property Manager
Your property manager contacts you to outline the strongest applicants and provide a recommendation.
Forms Sent to Tenants
Once an applicant is approved, the lease and bond forms are prepared and sent to the new tenants.
Payment
The new tenants pay the bond and two weeks’ rent in advance as per the lease agreement before the key handover.
Listing Taken Offline & Withdrawn
Once the lease is secured, the listing is removed from all platforms so no further enquiries are received.
Appointments Booked
Compliance services, including smoke alarm checks, water efficiency, cleaning, or final presentation tasks, are scheduled.
Keys Supplied
The property manager provides the tenant with the keys, including a full set for each tenant and one for the office.
Entry Condition Report
A detailed entry report with photographs records the property’s state at the start of the tenancy.
Tenants Move In
Once everything has been completed and is in order, the tenants move into the property and ongoing management begins.
