Application Accepted
After your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by the landlord or property manager to confirm whether it has been approved.
Sign Lease
Once your application has been accepted, sign the lease agreement outlining all terms and conditions to make it official.
Pay Bond & Rent Required
Organise payment of the rental bond and two weeks’ rent in advance to finalise your move-in arrangements.
Sign Condition Report
Review and sign your rental condition report so that there is a clear record for both you and the owner.
Move In
